А ця зміна на 180 ("якщо написали навіть не в федеральному законі, а в програмі - це порушення першої поправки", "раз написали не в федеральному законі - це не порушення") - це вже не айс.
Велике прохання - не роби так, будь ласка.

Date: 2023-03-06 06:54 am (UTC)Собсна - наявність законів це саме системна проблема. Бо маючи закон та державну машину, яка його підтримує, ти можеш легко спочатку витоптати поляну і хизуватися тим, що переслідувань ВЖЕ немає.
Скільки було переслідувань чорних академіків під час законів Джона Кроу? Практично не було переслідувань? Так і проблеми системної не було, виходить?
Якщо ти дійсно так вважаєш - нам залишається в черговий раз зафіксувати принципові розбіжності.
