This morning I woke up to a news' story of a school principal beating the child in Florida:

However, I was shocked not by this video alone, I was truly flabbergasted by the following fact:

Some school districts allow corporal punishment, but the Hendry County School District does not.

Turns out it is legal to beat children in Florida (at least at some counties)! So let's remember that next time we hear people advocating for the states' rights and the freedom from the tyranny of federal government.

ну, такое устройство, которое шлепает по мягкой части с определенной силой. конечно может и человек, но есть и что-то вроде "станции" (во всяком случае так рассказал маме (моей знакомой) ребенок, получивший эти шлепки, как наказание в средней школе в Техасе, ему дали выбрать или "детеншн", или сколько-то шлепков, он выбрал шлепки). машинка, чтоб так сказать, не было претензий к "человеческому фактору".
