mprotsenkoAs expected, RNC passed a resolution to censure Cheney and Kinzinger for taking part in Jan 6 investigation commission.
However, it has a pretty interesting clause - it calls the attempted coup "legitimate political discourse" (and Cheney is involved in "persecution of ordinary citizens engaged in legitimate political discourse").

We have a major political party that considers a coup attempt a "legitimate political discourse". It is on the record, folks.
Pretending that it is "business as usual" just became so much harder.
