The legislation would prohibit individuals from making people "feel discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of his or her race, color, sex, or national origin."
Two questions:
1) who's a snowflake now?
2) what about a freedom of academic discourse? (Straight to Godwin's Law - what if a modern German feels discomfort when learning about World War II?)

Може. Я останнім часом за новинами слідкую фрагментами. Вірю, що могло бути. Заяви на кшталт "нам треба менше чоловіків" або "треба менше білих" я чув раніше, правда, скандали там були лише з боку неприглядних правих коментаторів в соцмережах, основна публіка мовчала або піддакувала.
