The legislation would prohibit individuals from making people "feel discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of his or her race, color, sex, or national origin."
Two questions:
1) who's a snowflake now?
2) what about a freedom of academic discourse? (Straight to Godwin's Law - what if a modern German feels discomfort when learning about World War II?)

У мене знайома колись працювала в Міносвіти, я, буваючи в Києві між літаком у Штати/назад і потягом до/з Чернівців, часом у них там тусував на Проспекті Перемоги. Так там концентрація таких типажів була аж токсична, ще 20+ років тому
А тепер вона, ніби, в адміністрації Зе і топить за МП. Потрійна ганьба!
Ось куди веде пошук русизмів там, де їх нема.
