Having read some CRT authors (from 70s and 80s) I can argue both for and against inclusing of this material in schools - thought the point is kinda moot, since it is not being taught there.
However, I am a bit puzzled by an attempt to regulate the internal discourse of private business entities. I thought our Republican friends were pro-business, pro-freedom of speech and pro-freedom of association, even when it comes to protected classes, hehe. ("You cannot force me to sell a cake to that gay couple!")
